B is for Belicious

Jathan was playing with his frisbee in the living room floor tonight pretending it was a plate of food -- the food being the letters from his foam alphabet puzzle.  He held the plate to his mouth and slurped (a very dramatic slurp, I might add).  He pulled the frisbee back away from his face and said "Mmmm, Mommy.  That's beeelicious!"  Cutest.thing.EVER.  It amazes me how much kids learn that you don't even realize you're teaching!

He's been cracking me up lately.  He has quite the personality.  We had set him up a mattress in the floor last weekend when Russell's Mom and Grandmother came.  At one point he drug the mattress into the living room and started jumping on it.  When we told him to not jump on the mattress, he proceeded to continue jumping and started chanting "We Go Party!  We Go Party!" while waving his arms in the air!  Oh.my.gosh.  I couldn't help but laugh.  Where in the world did that come from?!  Too funny.

Not only is he funny, he's pure sugar.  The other morning on our way to daycare I asked him.  "Jathan, do you love Mommy?"  He said, "mmmmm hmmmm."  I said, "Well Mommy loves you too .... SOOO much."  He said, "I happy."  Melt.my.heart.  Then, this morning he woke up bright and early, ready for the day.  When I went to his room, he put his arms around my neck and said "I sleep good."  Sweetness.

Yep.  He's cute, funny, and sweet.  He'll make some girl a great hubby one of these days!  But for now, he's all mine!  :-)
